My wife and I decided that we wanted to totally renovate our ensuite and main bathroom we had picked all of our tiles/fittings. The next step was who we were going to get to carry out our renovations with the least inconvenience and to complete the work in a timely manner. After speaking to our friends we were put in contact with Nick. After a meeting on site and a few ideas that Nick had suggested we were ready to move forward.

After discussions with Nick we decided that we would provide Nick with a key to our home whilst we were overseas for 5 weeks. The idea was that upon our return the job would be totally finished when we walked back into our home.

Also we did not have the inconvenience of people coming and going and also living in the house with the rubbish and the dust that would be created throughout the job. Nick said that he could come and go as he liked and work more flexible hours later at night if required. Sounded good BUT would it work?? After more consideration we did just that and kept our fingers crossed that we made the right decision.

Upon our return everything was as Nick had promised, job com pleted, house had been cleaned, we were totally rapped with the finished product. I cannot speak highly enough of Nick in his professional approach his work ethic and a passion to meet the client’s expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick to anyone that would require his skill set. If he continues with this work ethic he will go from strength to strength.

Our old house needed an extreme makeover and we were so glad we hired 32 Blue Home Creations for the job. Right from the start, Nick impressed us with his knowledge and practical ideas from designing to tackling tricky issues that arose during the renovation.

He is an excellent coordinator, very meticulous and takes great pride in his work. Nick and his team were always pleasant to deal with. With the benefit of a referral of close friends of ours who had used Nick Donaldson’s building services and were themselves very pleased with the outcome, my wife and I engaged Nick, through his bu siness 32 Blue Home Creations, to carry out extensive renovations in our Warrandyte home.

This included comprehensive renovations of three bathrooms, a spa room, my wife’s dressing room, our laundry and several toilets, and specified upgrades to our kitchen/dining area.

We were both delighted with the outcome, as Nick proved to be a complete professional, and produced a high quality result that met all of our expectations. The works were completed in a timely manner, meetin
g all deadlines. This was a tribute to Nick’s ability to organise all trades to be on site when they were needed, and all of their work was of a very high standard as well.

Nick was conscious of our need to remain in the residence whilst the works were carried out, and he did everything possible to minimise the inconvenience for myself and my wife, including meticulously cleaning as the works proceeded.

The project came in within budget, with the excepti on of variations we requested, and that was reassuring in this day and age when that is so often not the case. Nick, and all of his team for that matter, were a pleasure to have around our home. Always friendly, courteous, respectful of our needs and totally trustworthy to be left alone to continue work in our absence.

We unhesitatingly recommend Nick and 32 Blue Home C reations for any home renovation and building works, and would most definitely utilise his services
again in future if we require them.
